Ordering
To place an order on-line, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your information. If you would rather order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-800-301-3956 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Order Processing and Delivery
We process orders within 3-5 business days from when the order is placed. If you choose a personalized item, processing may take up to 3 weeks. Once your order is ready to ship, it takes from 2 to 5 business days for the package to be delivered. Please note packages are not delivered on weekends. Some of our vendors ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and destination.

At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S. or Canada.

Rush Orders
We do our best to accommodate any and all requests for rush personalization and/or delivery. As these are special requests, please call us toll-free at 1-800-301-3956 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday and we will be happy to give priority to your order. In most cases, rush fees apply.

Shipping to Canada
Items that come from our warehouse are shipped to Canada using UPS standard and the shipping fee is based on weight and destination. The shipping fee to Canada is not calculated automatically when you check out. If you place an order that ships to Canada, within 24 hours, you will receive an email regarding your shipping fees. We ship to Canada once a week and you may choose to prepay $16.95 in addition to the regular shipping charge. This amount covers all customs duties and taxes.

Some of our vendors do not ship to Canada. Please call us for details 1-800-301-3956, anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax only on orders that ship within the state of Georgia (7%) as our company is headquartered in Atlanta, GA. All other states are exempt.

Gift Returns - Our Guarantee
We offer only the highest quality items and we are certain you will love what you order. However, just in case you do not, you can return just about anything (unfortunately, we cannot accept personalized items) for any reason or no reason at all.

To return an order, please first email returns@toocutebabygifts.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-301-3956 anytime between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday within 14 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.
